Hello, friends! Deepti here and welcome to another spotlight feature. The moment I saw the Country Rustic set, I was flooded with ideas and the chair in the set reminded me of an abstract painting I saw somewhere. That painting is my inspiration in making of this card.

So, here's a look at the finished card.

STEP 1
I started out cutting a white stock panel of 4"x 51/2" and inked it up in solid red using the distress inks.

STEP 2
Next I stamped the chair on this panel in Archival black ink.

STEP 3
Now to give an abstract look like those random brush strokes on paintings, I simply used my Black ink pad and added the swipes/strokes along the edge.

STEP 4
Finally I stamped the text to add more interest.

At this point I realized, I wanted to add some dimension so I stamped the chair again on a separate card stock, inked and fuzzy cut it and adhered it with some foam dots over the chair that was already stamped :)

Here's the finished look of the card once again :)

That finishes my spotlight feature :) I hope you enjoyed it and will give this a try. Happy paper crafting!
